olive oil ((ol-iv oil)): noun A fruit oil obtained from the olive (Olea europaea; family Oleaceae along with lilacs, jasmine and ash trees), a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. It is commonly used in cooking, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and soaps and as a fuel for traditional oil lamps. Olive oil is healthier than other sources of alimentary fat because of its high content of monounsaturated fat (mainly oleic acid) and polyphenols.Topical application is quite popular with fans of natural health remedies. I have been loving your soap since I started using it about two weeks ago. Every winter for the past few years, I've had a patch of sorta dry skin on my arm. It's not flaky or itchy and I can only feel it when I pass my hand over it so I don't think about it much. Occasionally I've tried putting some ...lotion on it. The other day I noticed that since I've been using soap from Alchemy exclusively, that area on my arm is no longer feeling dry. I'm very impressed!

OH MY GOD..... what a wonderful product you have and I absolutely love your soaps. I make it a point to go to the flea market every month to make my monthly purchase and now I give it as gifts to my friends and family.
