We respect your privacy at Soap Alchemy LLC and SoapAlchemy.com. Any information provided to us on the website and/or from PayPal*, our payment gateway, is used only for the purpose it was requested for and we do not sell, give away or use it for anything else.

By providing us with your email address from subscribing to our website feed you will receive periodic emails when the feed is updated with information on website updates, including site upgrades, downtime, new products, new events, etc. In other words, when the feed is updated, you will get email. If you do not want to receive these updates, then simply unsubscribe from the website feed. If you want to still get the feed through your feed reader, then simply add the feed to your favorite feed reader by clicking the feed button at the top of the page.

By providing us with your email address from subscribing to our Soap Alchemy Times email newsletter, you will receive periodic emails about exclusive special offers from SoapAlchemy.com, website updates, specials and informational topics about hand crafted soap. If you do not wish to receive these periodic updates, please use the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter. Our Website Feed and our Email Newsletter are two separate things so you can enjoy the use of one or the other. If you are a member of both and wish to receive neither, please be sure to unsubscribe from both as they are separate features.

We use PayPal* as our payment gateway for all products sold on SoapAlchemy.com. PayPal* will ask for only information needed to accept your payment and process the order so it can be shipped to you. Once your payment is processed, your financial information is kept securely on PayPal's* secure site. We only receive information regarding your shipping and billing information which includes your billing and shipping address (if different,) your telephone number and your email address as well as receiving your payment and the order information, but not your financial information. Again, we will not sell, give away or use this information we receive for anything other than shipping you your order and any correspondence concerning your order.
